.3 for WPC parts returns

Our service manager does all the warranty claims and he hasn't ever claimed the .3 for returns and is confused on how to. What menu option is it to add it?

Is there a way to seach through Global Warranty Management to see what parts were requested over the past year?

My warranty administrator said she was claiming it but wasn't.
