Sorry had to do it, mostly because it circumvents any reasonable explanation.
Basicly if you "maintain" GM's minimun requirements on RIM compliance, purchase loyalty, and sales loyalty you will get rebated back by GM. RIM and purchase loyalty is done on parts count percentage and sales loyalty in done on a dollar percentage. Naturaly the higher you go in "loyalty" percentage the greater the rebate, although NONE of it adds up to anywhere equal to what you used to get before RIM and SLP (GM trying to run your business). All of this can been viewed on your "dailey report" on Global Connect. Make sure you look at the piddling little percentage they try to buy you off with as an "added bonus" to Service and Parts Managers, as this could possibly buy you several good meals at the Golden Arches. Best of luck understanding all of this as it really makes as much sense as a screen door on a submarine.
