Need your help. If the parts department mis-cuts 2 keys, can the warranty clerk make a 2nd claim for 2 more keys, inserts, rings?

Also, is there a way to get warranty to pay for the "cutting" process of the keys on all recalls involving keys to be cut?

My warranty clerk does not know the answers. Thanks!

On the bulletin there are labor ops which include cutting two new keys. As for getting miscut keys paid for I would have to say no.
