knows of any body has MPI EDGE

We did it for five years. Unless everybody is on board and I meen everybody from the techs to to the advisors to the cashier it wont work and it is a waste of money. There are other programs from GM multipoint to your DMS and I even think BG and WYNNS may have programs. Like I said none of it will work unless everybody is on board and willing to work with it.

At my old dealership we used it with great success but it does take EVERYONE to use it and use it correctly. Our customers like it because of some of the tools for the upselling (pictures, videos)

Thanks for the info we are just getting started with it her we will let all know

how it is , so far today don't see many tech at counter anymore

We had it at the last place I worked, and it was great. The biggest issue is getting the techs and writers to use it. Makes life SO much easier for parts. Best part is that it tracks everything so no more blaming parts for not ordering the part, if the writer never approved.
