Nissan Popular Parts Source Change - How To?

With Nissan's new Popular Parts wholesale program it is a daunting task to sit here and manually type in each part number and change to a new source for special pricing/discount purposes. I have the list of 664 part numbers on an Excel spreadsheet. Is there a way to use the spreadsheet with Reynolds and Reynolds to automate the process? I think doing this between phone calls and other daily activity it may take several weeks to finish, and probably just in time for a new list to appear that needs to be added or updated. Thanks

I know how to do it on ADP using their "Batch Change" function but I'm not sure if Reynolds has a similiar function since I have not used Reynolds for about 5 years now. If you ever used batch change you can copy all of the numbers from your excel sheet and load them to your DMS via copy/paste to change or tag whatever you want in the part description screen.

Thanks for info. I have not found a way to do it in Reynolds yet.

Any help or ideas from anyone is most welcome.

I did a bunch of digging yesterday and could find no way of pulling an excel sheet into R&R. Have you called them?

Reynolds has their own batch change which is more flexible than ADP's and you don't need to use the entire part number to select items.

Can you give direction what screen it is? Nissan came out with a mixture of part numbers with special wholesale discounts. We have to put these in a separate source so Nissan can pull data to send us our reimbursement dollars. So the part numbers are not all out of a certain part n umber prefix. It is mixed and all over the board. However I do have the entire list on an Excel sheet.

Reynolds will allow you to batch change off any created report but unlike ADP they will not let you import excel.
Is there a manufacturer status that Nissan updates? If so you can make a report to pull the numbers that way.
Also i do not find Reynolds batch change any better than ADP.
