WPC part request with core

Can anyone give me a bulletin # or direct me to the process for claiming a core on an RO for a WPC request with a core charge. I need to train our warranty admin again and can't find my papers.

I know we have service write a new RO and bill the core on it... not sure if there is an actual message but that's how ours get done

They go back into the claim on global and add the core amount in net items under freight and postage. It will pay right away and we have gone back in more than 30 days later and still got credit.
