NEW EPC DOWN?

We can't use the New EPC at the moment, on any of our PCs. Anyone else having this problem today? We went back to our other one for now.

Came back up yesterday after about a half hour. Today, it took a long time to open, but is working fine since. Gremlins

Make sure your profile in Dealer world is for parts counter as well as any other parts profiles. Also must have the latest Java update (at least I did). Once I did this it worked fine.
