Duplicate RIM Orders

Any one else get duplicate RIM orders. My 2 week average RIM order line count is 25. I noticed I have 68 lines coming in tomorrow!
Phoned RIM, oops, duplicate orders. Said maybe we can cancel. Well, wouldn't you know it, the order already wrote to the local PDC. Oh well, too bad for you.

And at the same looks like we may not get an order at all.

"Missing Daily Sales Files 5/20/2015 -- Daily Sales Files are missing for multiple dealers this morning. GM is aware of the issue and is currently working with the DSP’s for resolution. Today’s order R140 should create once the missing DSF’s are loaded. Updates will be posted as they become available. Thank you for your patience. MLC"

No updates as of 2:53 Eastern time.

Received quite a few duplicates on R139 & R140. Sent them an e-mail. Here is the response.

Bob,

An issue with the files created by your DSP resulted in RIM duplicating R139 on R140.

We’ve elected to cancel all of the backorders that were created because of this error. We will also be adding protection to all of the duplicated lines that are received by the dealers.

If you have any very large or high dollar items that were duplicated we can review them for a possible return.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
