Anyone have Autosoft? parts workbench not working

Autosoft and the I T department have came to the conclusion that gm is down. Anyone having problems ordering from their dms?

Mine seems to all be working. I just ordered a rear window glass for overnight and it went through just fine. Global also seems to be working fine
