RIM no longer controls 8 popular brake pad numbers. No inventory available and no new part numbers....this is becoming a joke. Tired of being harassed by my zone rep that we aren't buying enough maintenance parts. Perhaps, if GM had some product in stock, I would buy it.

I was told that they are removing the copper from all the brake pads, and that's why they are having shortages.

I though the OEM pads were "ceramic" ie: non-metallic?
