How is GM Return Reserve Figured?

Postby jas89tta » Thu Oct 08, 2015 4:47 pm

I'm trying to figure out how GM comes up with the return reserve value GM dealers get. It's 1% on CSO and Rim orders if you are a Rim dealer and 5% on bulk oil QPO but I can't seem to get the number they come up with and wondering if any other purchases accrue return reserve ( ie batteries and Delco parts from ac delco distributors) any help or point in the right direction would be great. Thanks

Gm seems to have "Figured" we don't need any. But as far as I know all you wrote is what you get.

Just another way to squeeze a little more profit for the Corporation from their dealer body.
