Advisor Pay

Just wondering if others spiff the advisors on parts and other services and what dept pays?

IE: CP parts sales they get a certain percent and does it come from the parts transfer to service or does parts pay it?
Tires they get a certain $ per tire

If you are purchasing tires on the GM program, GM usually has a spiff on those and it was $1 per tire.
Our Service Mgr. gave his guys spiffs, and paid them himself, somehow, through the transfer or profit; at a percentage of their sales.

GM pays that dollar to the advisors..they need to sign up for it though. Login to gmtirebilling dot com and click "Fixed Op Employee Tire Incentive " on the right hand side for all the info.

Check with your controller on how much is transferred and from which account(s) over. Here it's 50% of customer pay gross that goes back to them.

I'm fortunate and have a cool service manager and we'll come up with various spiffs depending on what objectives we need to hit for any given program and split the cost.

On tires though you can give $100 for the most tires sold for the month and assuming you are buying/selling tires on the program you can recoup at least that or more via the 3-5-7 program. I've managed to get about $600 a month since I've got to this store a year ago and KILLING the quarterly numbers from the previous manager and get about $1,300 back in 687 money which doesn't get split with services.
