Chrysler Dealer Rewards

Chrysler Dealer Rewards

1. There isn't nearly enough Chrysler folks here!
2. The one's that are here, is there a magical prefix that we can use that will cause a part # to be overlooked by dealer rewards?
3. I know I'm not the only one sick to death of DLI! Every day it's another "f"ing problem! Late! I hate that there are 6 GM dealers on the route with 7 Mopar dealers. Never fails, I get GM parts mixed in with my Mopar stuff all the time, I'm always missing stuff. I have an artificially high SRA because of DLI and their mistakes.
I get an e-mail today, driver is 1 1/2 hour late, I ask why, I'm told GM dealer has large core return. OK, so what was the reason every other day this past month???

1. You are correct. but I see it like the hotdog factories. Parts is parts.

2. No magic prefix. But if you do allot of plows or up-fitter items there is a form you can fill out and have those specific numbers excluded. Let me know if you want a copy.

3. Sorry no help here.I look at it this way. You do not have a high SRA. It is the shipping company and parts depot that have it. I just had the Boston depot short me three center caps last week so we did a short MRA and reordered. This week they send me the three "found" special order caps with a note saying they voided our claim. Now what am I to do with three extra special order parts not protected by ARO?
