getting window appliques paid for in warranty

is anyone else having problems getting the new part numbers on the window appliques part numbers 84021603 86021604 84021605
86021606 84021607 84021608 84021609 and 86021610. warranty clerk says the part numbers are not good numbers and they are not processing claim. any help is appreciated. thanks

You'll have to use the old part numbers. I've run across this a couple of times.

We just had this problem last week on three of the numbers you listed. Regional warranty gal had us submit for GM authorization along with a scanned copy of the accounting side of the warranty RO so she could see the parts. Had to submit the parts amount as a misc net item and take out the individual part numbers. Once I got her the info she requested, claim was paid by the next day.
