December was very good, January started very good but died the last week and has not recovered yet. Only bright spot is our body shop is booked out to the 2nd week in march and we have a few big jobs dead on the lot.

Portland Oregon, December and Jan were record months. Its been dead last couple weeks.

Central Carolina,Good,but not because the economy is good or service is selling anything routine. Good because of the sorry 2.4 and 3.6 engines. I've been in GM parts for nearly 40 years, and I have never seen GM engines go out like they do now. Parts that we tend to sell more are high-dollar items, modules , air bag ,electronics etc. Things that the independents will not tackle, or do not know much about.

Central NJ here; we had an amazing 2015, except for Jan, Feb, and Dec... Jan 16 was decent, so far this month is slowwwwwwwwwww!

February has turned out to be total CRAP!!!! I'm not sure what happened exactly but the bottom has fallen out of the business. Sales is doing ok but fixed ops is dead. I suspect it has something to do with this new service manager. I'm not kidding you guys and gals, if I could take video of this guy and show it to y'all you would not believe your eyes. You would think its fake. I sometimes can't believe this is real. Upper management is lacking with letting this continue.
