Business Development Center scripts?

Business Development Center scripts?

I was asked by my owner to see if anybody has copies of the "scripts" that are used as training tools by the BDC for Sales and Service personnel to deal with certain customer questions. If anyone out there has any idea what I'm talking about, I would appreciate the info. I guess I get asked questions because I usually get results. :roll:

I am under the impression each dealer is supposed to create their own. The RSLE (Revolutionize the Service Lane Experience ) Newsletters and the GM WRN (Gm Women's Retail Network) Newsletters have both mentioned making the script based on best practices. Your DM may have the RSLE thumb drive available with this info on it, or references and suggestions within it. I have only heard this, not actually viewed one.
