I am under the impression each dealer is supposed to create their own. The RSLE (Revolutionize the Service Lane Experience ) Newsletters and the GM WRN (Gm Women's Retail Network) Newsletters have both mentioned making the script based on best practices. Your DM may have the RSLE thumb drive available with this info on it, or references and suggestions within it. I have only heard this, not actually viewed one.
