Cancelling an order on GM

Cancelling an order on GM

Postby mightytitan9 » Thu Oct 27, 2016 7:11 pm

Is there a way to cancel an item on order from GM? The owner had me order a door skin, then decided after the order was placed that he wanted the whole door replaced.

I can always let it arrive and return it CSO, but didn't want to use my return reserve unless necessary.

Thanks, that's what I was afraid of.

You could try calling "Peggy" and getting them to cancel it for you, but I have a feeling that door skin is coming in damaged. :D

I have had success in calling my GM returns Liason and explained it was ordered in error, and she sent the MRA paperwork and she didn't hit my reserve either.
