It's been awhile.
When GM pays for a transportation claim (tire damage) or a new vehicle tire warranty (not the after-market portal warranty) do we need to send back the tire every time. OR, is it handle like any other GM warranty, & we send back if requested?
I remember in the past, we would send back the tires. But, again, it's been awhile & we have a new warranty admin.
