GM TIRE WARRANTIES

It's been awhile.

When GM pays for a transportation claim (tire damage) or a new vehicle tire warranty (not the after-market portal warranty) do we need to send back the tire every time. OR, is it handle like any other GM warranty, & we send back if requested?

I remember in the past, we would send back the tires. But, again, it's been awhile & we have a new warranty admin.

From my experience all tires must go back for any tire warranty claim. You have to print the ups labels off and tape them to the tires individually. Along with each tire ID sheet filled out by the service manager. No other packaging is required.
