Wrong license plate bracket on PDI

Contacted Dbc, directed to local adi, adi does not supply dealers with the vk3 brackets, contacted to cca no luck.
Anyone know the correct way to get a correct replacement of a license plate bracket on a pdi?
A couple years ago this happened and when we tried to submit as a warranty claim it was rejected.

EPC with the VIN number for the car and order one from your PDC. See if your fixed ops can make the claim on his side of things.
