R&R to ADP

R&R to ADP

Postby BrianD » Wed Mar 08, 2017 10:52 pm

The dealership I work for is going through a buy/sell. We've been R&R pretty much forever, but after the closing we will be going to ADP. Literally nobody in my department has been on ADP before. Does anyone know if there's some sort of a chart or something that shows what R&R screens would be in ADP? I'm a little nervous about the switch, both with the new ownership group and the DMS, but roll with the punches, I guess. BTW, I've been an observer on this forum for years; if anyone knows their stuff, it's you guys here!! Thanks in advance for the help.

There is actually one here on dealersedge. ADP is different, from a counter standpoint I actually prefer it. Management side they both have their pros and cons. Can't post links so you're going to have to cut and paste.

my dealership is doing the opposite. Going from ADP to R&R next month. We might be able to help each other out through our transitions!

Thank you so much for the info! I really appreciate it. The only thing I didn't notice was R&R screen 2525 (counter sales). Would you happen to know what the ADP function is?

Very rare for a store to go from CDK to R&R these days... Out of curiosity, where are you located? Are you part of a chain of dealers? In the NJ area, many stores are going CDK to DealerTrack.

I'm in Maine. We have several dealerships in the state.
