Material return, core credit ? search

I was told, long ago, that GM only issues core credit once per month. So far, that seems true. I hear horror stories of other dealers not receiving proper core credit, and thankfully, we are not one of them.

If it makes anyone feel better, I've been waiting for a transmission core credit for Toyota for 6 weeks after they received it and another for a month. I believe it's the 3rd party company not reporting it received to Toyota though. Still not happy and let my rep know about it this morning for the 2nd time.

I can't imagine it takes but a few key strokes to get the ball rolling on their end. I think Toyota just needs to crack the whip on those guys
