Nothing. We stopped delivering wholesale and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Saved a huge bit of overhead and kept some gross, despite not delivering. Customers pick up because they liked our service. Sold the vehicles. Have an old beater 03 Tacoma to run to do pick-ups/scrap/etc... Our grosses dropped dramatically, but our net jumped. Might be worth looking into, depending on your location, competition, shop capacity, payplan (hopefully fair to the business) and business model.
