Well, it happened again. Jerkoff gm dealer parts dept. filled a SPAC case with the WRONG part. Attempting to do a Unitized Incorrectly in EPIC and can't a shipment number accepted. I have my GM invoice in front of me and tried the SHIP # . No good. Tried the Order #. No good. Anybody know the secret to get a SPAC case dealer ship direct claim done in EPIC?

I found this from our PDC, It might help ?

Did you know you can file claims or exceptions on your shipments from other dealers.

It is somewhat tricky ….but here are a few things to remember.

1. Wait for your GM Invoice

2. Use the number that follows the DS on your invoice as both the shipment & order number when PWB calls for it

3. Do not search for shipment (Workbench will not find one)

4. Use DS as your ship facility

5. Remember to add that it is a SPRINT order in your notes

Note: Windshields that are shipped dealer to dealer cannot be processed in GM Parts workbench or in GM host. CCRC handles these at phone number 1-877-519-5969.
