ReyRey Ignite GM Order Submission, Duplications (Canada)

Hello,

We have recently gone over to ERA Ignite, the issue that we are having is that when we go in to submit our order for transmission to GM in the ignite system, it doesn't show on the GM side but it does show on the REYREY side.And then at the GM side at our Local PDC, they don't see the order transmitted as well. Has anyone else experienced this problem upon going to ignite. Is their a switch in the system we need to turn on or off. I'm open to all help

Have you recently changed your GlobalConnect password on the transmitting terminal?

If so, need to go to 6595 and update in GM STAR XML PART ORDERS
