We can no longer use the bulk washer fluid starting August 1st. What will the General think of next?

Effective Aug. 1, OptiKleen added during PDIs or replaced as a result of a warranted component failure must be submitted in Global Warranty Management (GWM) as follows:
Important: Any other brand of washer fluid/solvent added to a vehicle by the dealer, submitted to GM on a transaction, and subsequently paid is subject to debit. Only ACDelco OptiKleen is to be used in performing PDIs, warranty repairs, field actions, and any other repairs paid for by General Motors
