I made the mistake of trying to procure a few hundred trim clips from the mother ship the other day. Our local warehouse showed a scant few of them and according to D2D and Global Michigan showed (Y) (meaning yes they have stock but no count quantity), being a seasoned veteran of the GM game I knew I would be forced to get SPAC involved. My agent was very friendly but informed me she wasn't allowed to tell me how many our dear MI warehouse had on hand........let that sink in for a minute. I've been with GM since 1992 and I have never seen it this bad. The support or should I say, lack of it is mind boggling. You have to hand it to them though, they keep plugging along bringing mediocrity to a new level. SMH
