Anyone else have Lanter Delivery systems?

I just love reading these comments. Makes me feel less angry because I have to just laugh at the stupidity of the lanter drivers. I generally get 2 completely different drivers at times and they are the exact opposite. One gets here early (on time ) and never misses parts, but heaven forbid they pick up returns, cores, or even sign the paperwork. The other is pants on head retarded. Always late by like 2 to 4 hours. At that point I hope to God that I get all my parts without having to find them at local dealers. Luckily my ADI accessory driver will pick up parts left at some other dealers for me and brings them by when he stops here. It's great!

They are terrible. They called me Friday to ask if their driver accidently left an engine at my dealership. How does that happen!?!?

A few years ago, they sent me a survey. I gave them all "ones". Well, fast forward a few weeks, some manager calls me to discuss it, was wondering why I gave them all "ones." My response was, "Well, zero wasn't an option!" For me, they've gotten better, but they're still bottom of the barrel.

This e-mail was sent out yesterday afternoon around 4:30, "Please be advised due to the current weather conditions from Hurricane Irma you will not be receiving a delivery tomorrow." We are in North Carolina so ALL we are getting is rain. And the sent it out after the parts are ordered. Soooo I guess we will only be getting deliveries on sunny days now.

Pretty sure, I was the last one out, and the forklift is not facing the way I left it last night. Do you have security cameras in the area? as a matter of fact I do, let me get the owner to review the tape.....the driver hit everything but the PACE CAR! They are no longer allowed to use our forklift.

UPDATE, the driver has been using a pocketknife to start the forklift, and broke the cylinder. Lanter WILL be getting the bill for the repairs.

We have dedicated. My parts order this morning was right in the path of the doorway walking into the service department.

Maintenance man almost broke his neck getting in the door at 6 this morning. I'm tempted to leave a note for the driver....

They put 8 rotors in a tote, then stack it on top.

Morons.

We have DLI here and after years it got out of control. I ended up getting in touch with my local PDC head manager and after working with them for a bit it has got better. I sent out countless emails and just add as many random people in the chain until someone did something.
