CDK Report for GM Non-Returnable Inventory

CDK Report for GM Non-Returnable Inventory

Postby partsman94 » Fri Sep 15, 2017 8:46 pm

Hi,
I am needing to see if anyone could help me with a report that will list all of the non returnable parts in my GM inventory on our CDK DMS.
Unfortunately, I'm not great at English statements or attempting to form my own reports. I have tried multiple times through the CDK Service Connect
to get them to help me with a report such as this, but they can't seem to get it either. I have been a long time lurker on the forum for researching issues such as this, but can't seem to find an answer other than mention of the ABCD fields containing the codes. This will be my first post on the forum, but I will surely have more as time moves on. Your time and assistance is greatly appreciated!

I seem to remember that on the master tape there is a field called "ABCD" and the non-return code might be in one of the six fields in ABCD. Ask CDK for a descriptor of what is each of the ABCD fields.

Thanks for your help fellas! I'm going to attempt to run the report today and hopefully this will
allow me to sort through the inventory issues that we have a little better.
