On site Parts Inventory management training.

I hope this message does not 'over step' the bounds of the forums about advertising, but I got a couple of emails from people asking if I had retired from teaching and consulting. To dispel the rumors, they are not true, I'm still at it for those that are interested. Seems like dealerships from all over the world are interested in good training since the factories have dropped much, if not all of their training of parts managers. If there is an interest contact me directly at miknik@aol.com. Thanks for your patience and cooperation with this forum; there is nothing like it in the industry... ANYWHERE.

I feel that your message is fully appropriate for this forum. As you are a large part of what makes this Parts Manager Forum worthwhile!!!

I am sure all the 'regulars' here will feel the same.

I will certainly second that !! It's great to have someone around with the decades of REAL WORLD, tested and true parts inventory knowledge that Mike brings. He's actually walked-the-walk that we all do everyday, and compiled the numbers to prove out the beliefs that we carry in the parts world... so ... what he has to say is not unfounded gibberish like the factories try to push on us. He has worked with many/MOST manufacturers back when they actually cared about customer service and helping their dealers to have the right parts available to service THEIR customers. ROCK ON and Godspeed, Mike !! :D
