I talked to Kathy Haines at 2:55 and she said we should not resubmit our order. It would be great if GM communicated with us and told us what to do in this case. I am sure the PDC is inundated with calls so I hate to call them again.

I think EVERYONE should call them so they will figure out just how much this jacks us around oh wait this is GM they don't care what we think Sorry go back to your regular scheduled day

Got an email last night from my MAM telling me NOT to reorder the parts that they would pull the orders and ship them.. Should I say it? Still no answerbacks, OR parts... Lovely day this is going to be with a few car down in shops, wholesale shops ripping me up because they are not getting their parts.. BUT we need to increase our purchases in order to make any back end money in PASE.. I have said it before and I will say it again, "I thought WE were the customer, not the other way around"...

EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! This is so frustrating for us and OUR customers. Someone at GM has got to step back and take a look at this shit. Take a look at logistics, supplier issues, communication, SPAC, RIM, Sprint, recalls, backorders, Globalconnect, you pick the acronym and ask themselves…………is this REALLY the best we can do!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooner or later someone has to realize that selling new cars or trucks is only part of the job. You have to be able to service them in a TIMELY manner. Here is a quote that a SPAC agent put in my SPAC case notes for part 84031087 on a 2017 Acadia that I tried to escalate. “No firm ETA, no possible escalation, no followup”……..WTF ….. How and what do you tell a customer on the repair of his vehicle after receiving that update. There are too many of the wrong people making decisions at the flip of a coin. MULTI BILLION DOLLAR WORLD CLASS. I don’t think so.
I wish it was 7 pm and not 7 am so then I could go have a drink or two. I really need one……………

I was told by my local PDG liaison that my order from Tuesday would be processed on Wednesday. I had already submitted a duplicate order to cover my ass. After talking to my liaison, she said my first order existed and that she would cancel my duplicate orders out of my PDC. The others from pdc22 and pdc34 she could not cancel. No worries, those parts are SLP and will be OVN. Nope, they still haven't arrived and I lost a 1000.00 brake job and a 750.00 otc parts sale. GM has no idea what happened to original order or the duplicate to the pdc22 and pdc34. This is amaze-balls
