EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! This is so frustrating for us and OUR customers. Someone at GM has got to step back and take a look at this shit. Take a look at logistics, supplier issues, communication, SPAC, RIM, Sprint, recalls, backorders, Globalconnect, you pick the acronym and ask themselves…………is this REALLY the best we can do!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooner or later someone has to realize that selling new cars or trucks is only part of the job. You have to be able to service them in a TIMELY manner. Here is a quote that a SPAC agent put in my SPAC case notes for part 84031087 on a 2017 Acadia that I tried to escalate. “No firm ETA, no possible escalation, no followup”……..WTF ….. How and what do you tell a customer on the repair of his vehicle after receiving that update. There are too many of the wrong people making decisions at the flip of a coin. MULTI BILLION DOLLAR WORLD CLASS. I don’t think so.
I wish it was 7 pm and not 7 am so then I could go have a drink or two. I really need one……………
