PF1250 VS PF48

Does anyone know about the PF1250 going to the PF48. Part#12490232 goes to 19303974, 25014520 goes to 19303975. But if you put in PF1250 or PF1250f and check by delco number they do not change and no inventory for them.

GCUS-9-6110 has the list of filters that got consolidated.
