MISSING SD CARD

GCUS-9-6385 and GCUS-9-6524 tell the tale of how SD cards can get lost during PDI procedure. Anybody have a clue how the order these VIN specific cards?

They supply the update discs and SD cards
Might be able to help. When a radio 'eats' one we file a normal Workbench warranty claim. They have a part number and we cost it out including the freighyt
