Many years ago, our DP went to a 20 Group meeting and returned demanding we charge all USED vehicles list price, over the counter as well as repair orders. He said there is greater profit margin on used vehicles, so it absorbs well. That is also about the point at which I decided to bill out everything ordered for used vehicles, at the point of ordering!
