Anyone else out there having issues with Global connect ?

I have just been struggling lately with Global connect. Im not sure if its down or just slow or what

yes down (this morning), yes slow, yes considered normal. Especially it always seems slow on a Friday afternoon

I had problems this morning with not being able to get on. Since then it has been as normal as it gets.
