D2D Windshield broken

Most of the things we post on here are complaints, but this one is a compliment! Long story short....I ordered a windshield. Backordered. Sprinted one via Fed Ex. Broken. I filed an email claim with CCA and expected it to drag out, but in 3 days, I had a credit! I also got an email the day after the credit posted that confirmed the credit along with the invoice number. Now if only I could get another windshield.... ;)

wow, someone screwed up. They've already been transferred so it won't happen again :)
