NEED A LITTLE HELP

NEED A LITTLE HELP

Postby X476 » Wed Apr 24, 2019 4:04 pm

Our shipping and receiving guy is going to be out for a while and I need to send back about 8 engines and transmission. I have got it figured out except in the submit screen when you pick code 4 it asks for a core ID number.
what do you put in the box? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

since those are heavy cores, i would also put in a core id # of 00001. you won't use the green core id stickers that have the sequence numbers on them..

you'll have to wait 2 or three working days for the paperwork to show up. i wouldn't move the stuff in until you have paperwork in hand from GM and ready to process the cores for shipment.

and if your driver is anything like ours here, you'd be smart to stagger your core pickups for big stuff. I've got three engines that I have to send back myself, and I'm sending them back one at a time so I don't have to listen to the driver bitch and moan about having to move something heavy.

BIG THANK YOU FOR THE HELP.

We are fortunate that our driver never complains about core returns. Most likely because if we are here we he shows up for deliveries we help unload and load returns.
