GM core credits

GM core credits

Postby westside » Thu Jun 06, 2019 5:37 pm

This is stupid as hell. We sent back a tranny core should have received $300.00 credit, we received $200.00. After calling focus hope to find out why they deducted $100.00. After being on hold for 20 min. it turns out the tranny didn't have a torq converter...ha ha ha it was a manual transmission..stupid GM..she said i will get my credit in a couple of days ( see if that happens ). If I didnt check my credits they would have been $100.00 richer. Wonder how many dearlers dont check their dont check the credit invoices, I think GM hopes we dont check so they can keep our money...

If you're not checking EVERY invoice, especially credits, you're asking for trouble. I would never trust the G.M. chimaroonies.

Make sure you dispute any discrepancies right away. You only have 90 days from when Hollingsworth receives the cores (not when you get your credit). There doesn't seem to be any wiggle room on that, even if its their fault.
