My GM got a letter in the mail and he asked me what I thought about it...I told him that I would try to find some real-world input instead of what OEC wants you to see and get back with him.

Any GM dealers here on or have been on it? What do you like/dislike about the program and how much in extra sales are you generating with it vs. the amount you pay for it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Just beware of the installation fees, and the minimum of a year contract. I was also told that once you start selling "x" amount per month from consumerlink pro they will raise the monthly to a percentage of your sales. Way to many hoops to jump into a game where everyone is already selling parts below cost to our customers. Oh and then there was a second contract involving shipping that they were trying to get me signed up for.

Worth a look at, but just beware before you sign something you regret.
