When you move from a tier 1 DMS like rey/rey, CDK, UCS, to a small tier 3 like Automate, Dealertrack, etc. , there is always a period of change for both staff and management as everyone figures it out. As a manager, the longer you spent on a major DMS, the harder that transition tends to be as you miss some of the controls and reporting that you once had. The reality is that they all have their good and bad points and Automate isn't going to be any different.
