Oil in quarts billing?

Happy New Year everyone. When you buy quarts of oil on program through your supplier, do the bills coming via the BARS statement or your GM parts invoice?

Not to hijack the thread but have any of you noticed that GM is billing us differently for our oil. You need to watch what part#'s are still getting invoiced as oil (244 on your invoices). Some of the part#'s are getting invoiced as parts (242 on your invoice) now. If you have those part#'s in your DMS as oil and they are now getting invoiced as parts from GM that will throw of your numbers vs the accounting numbers.
