GM resuming referral of Customer Special Orders

GM resuming referral of Customer Special Orders

Some good new for a change:

"Effective today we are resuming referral of Customer Special Orders (CSO) and CSO-3/4/5 (OVN) including SPAC cases through the national referral chain. These orders will again refer throughout the network as they did before the UAW strike."

Maybe now we won't have to make SPAC cases for 90% of our spords. :P

From the same email:

We continue to apply additional resources toward reducing the backlog of trailers at the cross docks.

If you have not received any orders that show shipped on or before December 31, 2019, please file a shortage claim.

Got to love that statement, make claims on parts not received yet. Ten minutes after I opened the e-mail, I received a part that was shipped on December 12th. So we go and make claims then the parts show up, then what do we do?

Keep the money for all the BS we have had getting parts for the last 4 months. I am sure we are getting screwed else where.
