Shortage Claim Credits

Have you been getting credit on your invoiced not received shortage claims?

I have 20+ still waiting for credit; my oldest being submitted on 11/22...the answerback saying "received for processing".

I usually get my credits within a week of submission.

I had to call to find out. That was about a month back, and I was told to give them more time to come in. They then denied the claims. I had to then resubmit and I was highly upset.
