NEED SOME HELP ON A BULLETIN

Hey guys. I am in need of a BCM part number 19187514. In the engineering notes it says to access GCUS-9-4131 or GMP 2019-146R. I cannot find these anywhere. I have tried SI and search in Dealer connect even went to EPIC and searched to no avail. I am sure that I need to send it somewhere. I have tried calling a couple of the suppliers we have used for our cues and radios, but with no success. I had my FOP look because he was the Parts Manager before me and he too is at a lose. I need help.

I'D call my DMA give him the bulletin #'s and tell him you need copies of them , he's probably just sending

emails anyway LOL.

I called and talked with him. That went about as far as if I was talking to SPAC. LOL. I serious sent him a screen shot of the message I was getting and the engineer notes. He asked me if I was returning the part.

Call R&R program @ 1-800-777-4780 they have stock of this part number. I figured this out by searching “R&R” in the search bar of Global, clicked on the second link “control module form” found the 1-800 number on that form that tells you to call a different number for availability.
