Warranty parts price increase?

Is there anybody on here that can lead me to the procedure for getting the mark up increase on warranty parts. I cannot seem to find anything on it.

We are in PA & used a Law Firm that made it very easy for us. Cost was $4500 + 10% of your increase value for the 1st year. If interested, let me know & I will get you their information.

we are in MN, we use ARMATUS for warranty uplift, our current warranty markup for GM is 88.68% and Hyundai is 70.81%.
