I have to admit I have done it 3 times and it has worked as designed. Someone other than GM must be running it. LOL

Can you guys tell me where this new sprint system is...or even the chat? I'm thinking it's a US only thing. Up here in Canada we have to call for everything and it's such a waste of time.

In the US global connect screen it is under the Support/Chat tab on the home page. Click on it. Then there is the Chat button on the bottom and there is a button up higher that says create case. Hope this helps.

I have not used it again, a little gun shy. Of course, I have not had a need yet.

How many dealers actually know about GMLOOPONE? I did a manual SPRINT with a dealer that had two in stock (I needed 1). It was early enough in the day where I thought I might get the next day. NOPE.. Two days later I call the selling dealer and he states he never got paperwork from GM. I happily put on my teacher glasses and teach the gmloopone lesson in hope of getting my backorder part. So today is three days and its on Fed Ex out for delivery :)

When the above happens, I ask for their fax number, login to loop one with their info (dealer code squared) print their label and fax it to them so they can ship it to me.

I've done the same thing... I guess some people don't want to sell and move parts or make money!! Go figure.

I guess we are lucky we get the labels within minutes normally. I have had the issue with other dealers saying they never received the labels as well. Explained the Loopone system to them as well. I guess you have to care in order to make sure you ship something out that you committed to. Society is losing the will to care I suppose.

I have mine set up to email the label to me and I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. But yeah, the amount of people that don't know about loopone is pretty surprising.
