Temporary Use of Non-GM Battery When OEM Not Available

So, they can't provide the batteries you need but you can't make any profit on the substitute battery? Nice.

We thank you for your loyalty although we are unable to supply you with parts at this time. Gotta love the system. Interstate has been banging on my door for years, I bet they have all of the batteries we need.

If I can't get markup on non-GM like GM, then I'm not going to sell the non-GM!!!! Plain and simple.

Are you going to make the customer wait till the GM battery is available? Buy it from another GM dealer, usually at 15% over cost, and mark-up the battery? Just curious how everyone is going to handle this. I know that the 48AGM batteries are hard to get right now.

DONT THEY HAVE DELCO BATTERIES AT MENARDS, HOME DEPOT, OREILLY AND EVERY LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE THAT GM WENT TO BED WITH?

ISNT F__ED UP THAT THEY DONT TELL US TO JUST BUY THE DELCO BATTERIES FROM THESE SOURCES?
