GM adding SPAC Case Trouble?

Anyone else getting this error message frequently over the last day or so when trying to add a SPAC Case? Or is it just us?

This happens with ever part for a Buick Encore and Envision seems anything made in Korea or China involves contacting Spac to add a Spac case. Even better I needed a rear differential for an Encore GX adn GM cacled my order claiming it is only available from an ACDelco distributor and not available to the dealer. After several phone calls and a day of waiting in between I was finally able to place an order not that it matters as GM has no part and is in negotiations
