OBJECT MODULES

Postby CHUCKINPARTS » Tue May 04, 2021 5:49 pm

Anyone having problems ordering Side Object Modules. I have been trying for two days to find out why they keep canceling. I tried twice to put order in for 84440527 and two different SPAC agents also tried and they all cancelled. Funny thing is the one that was backordered on my RIM order got released and I received it today…….. go figure
Today we tried to order a 42625293 module for a 2019 Acadia and it also cancelled. When I called SPAC back to find out what’s up………..all I got was they are working on it and will call me back. Why do we have to constantly drag info out of GM. If it was a sales promotion our friggin email would be exploding with BS

As a matter of fact, I am. 84087756. 14 warehouses show stock, including 2 at my local, but the orders cancel, with 2 different agents. Started a chat yesterday, she said she'd "escalate it to her lead, and let me know". Came in this morning to a voicemail saying they're emailing the source. When I chatted back in asking why, since there were 14 warehouses, first answer I got was "GM is having issues with order canceling for no reason I can re order for you and force to your local PDC if you would like me too". That changed to "This part happens to be one of the parts GM is having issues with that can not be ordered until the system is fixed and we have no eta on when system will be fixed so every time ordered the order will cancel". Waiting on a call back from my local Dealer Liaison to see if she can shed any light.

*** UPDATE *** I was just assured that the problem has been fixed ( doubt it )….. and is it to much to ask to have a spac rep that speak "understandable" English?? as far as I know, I may have purchased a time share somewhere in India.
