I am a longtime GM parts manager and we recently acquired another GM store. That store lost their parts manager and one of the countermen is trying to get a handle on their obsolescence. We use Reynolds here and they have automate. They called me looking for a report that shows "months no sale". When they call automate, they tell them that such a report doesn't exist. Can any of you automate guys help me help them?
