CDK: Inventory Return and Parts Ordering function Help

Wondering if anyone can help me refresh my memory on what function/s used for a Parts Inventory Return?
I think there was one function where you enter part numbers in and a separate function that transmits the data over..


Also If anyone can walk me through how one takes SOR'd orders from the system and transfers them over to DealerConnect for ordering?

MSR is the function you are looking for.

As for pulling SOR's over..

IRE, then create, then SOR Roll, that will pull the orders over to the list.. Then Save and Finalize.. As for getting it to Dealer Connect, I use DSS for Kia that sends it to Kia, not sure how it works with GM...

For SOR's you would create an order and add the special orders to that order. There are a few ways you can do it. IRE is the easiest in my opinion but it can also be done in PO. Not certain with GM but probably using the DCS file.
